The hotel boasts an incredible location right next to Petco Park, making it perfect for baseball fans and those wanting to explore the Gaslamp Quarter. The rooms are generally clean and come with a great view, while the staff is exceptionally helpful and accommodating. However, some rooms might suffer from external noise during events, and a few amenities, like an upgraded cot, come at a surprising extra charge. Overall, it offers a good experience but could use some room upgrades and better management of noise.
